Administration Decries 'Democratic Fabrication' as Additional Epstein Estate Photos Made Public

Democratic lawmakers have released a new tranche of what they termed "alarming" images from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been previously circulated—along with another 70 unveiled later on Friday constitute a small number of the almost 100,000 images handed over to the House oversight committee, which is examining the actions and ties of Epstein.

The shamed investor was a victim of apparent suicide in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being accused of sex-trafficking crimes.

Notable Figures in the Images

Included in the high-profile individuals seen in the initial batch are well-known figures such as movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is pictured with six women, whose faces are redacted.

White House Reaction

The White House responded to the release in a official comment, alleging Democrats of selectively "cherry-picking" the photographs for political purposes and to "seek to establish a false narrative."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked," an administration official said, maintaining that "the current government has done more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding transparency, making public reams of records, and demanding further investigations into Epstein's liberal connections."

Panel Member Remarks

The photographs were disclosed devoid of explanation, but as stated by a Democratic representative from California and senior member of the investigative panel, they raise more questions about Epstein's links with the rich and powerful.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House concealment and secure justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he said in a release.

The release of these materials comes as the House panel proceeding with its probe into the Epstein case.
